Professor Jose Polo is a globally recognised leader in epigenetics and stem cell biology, the inaugural Director of the Adelaide Centre for Epigenetics (ACE), a Program Leader at the South Australian immunoGENomics Cancer Institute (SAiGENCI), University of Adelaide, and a Professor in the Department of Anatomy and Developmental Biology at Monash University.
